1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team at care@babysthing.in or +91 97519 75210.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for:

Orders canceled within the specified time frame, or
Approved return requests due to defective or damaged products.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, diapers and other baby hygiene products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

However, we accept returns only if the product is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition.

To qualify for a return:

The request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
A clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect must be shared at the time of the return request.

4. Return Process

After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
